We pick session times and the best spot for light and wind — and confirm any house rules with your venue.
We set up & operate
We arrive 60–90 minutes early, set up discreetly and run the effect at the exact second.
We pack down & go
We pack our equipment away quietly and head out, right on schedule.
Safety & Your Venue
Venue-friendly by design
We’ve worked in banquet halls, hotels, community centres and backyards across Metro Vancouver — and we keep venue managers happy.
Event setup
Bubble machines create a floating bubble effect. Placement, fluid and venue requirements are confirmed for your event.
We talk to your venue
Smoke alarms, ceiling height, house rules — we confirm requirements with your venue before the event, not on the day.
Operator-controlled
A trained Grand Show operator runs every effect. No fire, no pyrotechnics, no guesswork.

Fully equipped
Machines, fluids, materials and backups all come with us — nothing for you to buy or rent separately.
Standard power is enough
Our equipment runs off a regular wall outlet. For outdoor sites without power, ask about battery options.
Which One?
Bubbles or Fobbles?
Same joy, different magic. Many parties book both.
Choose classic bubbles when…
You want bright, playful, high-volume joy.
- It’s a daytime or outdoor event
- You want maximum bubbles in the air
- Toddlers are the main audience
- You’re after the classic send-off look
Choose Fobbles when…
You want the “how did they do that?” reaction.
- You want bubbles that burst into clouds
- It’s an evening or indoor event with nice light
- The moment is for cameras as much as kids

FAQ
Good to know
How much does a bubble machine service cost?
Pricing depends on your date, city, venue access and the moment you want to create. Starting rates are shown above, and we confirm your full quote in writing within a few hours (often same day, including evenings).
Why book an operated service instead of renting a machine?
Density control, placement and refills. Our operator reads the wind and the room and keeps the fluid topped up — you enjoy the party instead of babysitting a machine.
Is the bubble fluid safe for kids and pets?
Bubble machines create a floating bubble effect. Placement, fluid and venue requirements are confirmed for your event.
Do bubbles work indoors?
Yes, with the right placement. We protect the floor area under the drift zone and keep density appropriate for the room. We confirm rules with your venue first.
Can we do a wedding bubble exit?
One of our favourites — we set machines along the exit path and time the cloud for your walk. It photographs like falling light and needs zero effort from guests.
Bubbles for a school or daycare event?
Very popular — see our school events page. We bring extra fluid, run multiple play sessions and keep everything toddler-safe.
