Question 1

How much is holiday entertainment in Vancouver?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on your date, city, venue access and the moment you want to create. Starting rates are shown above, and we confirm your full quote in writing within a few hours (often same day, including evenings).

Question 2

How early should we book for December?

Accepted Answer

October. Seriously — December Fridays and Saturdays are the first dates we sell out every year. Weekday parties can often be placed later.

Question 3

Polar bear or Santa?

Accepted Answer

Both have their place — but Santa is expected, and the bear is a surprise. Many events book both: Santa for the gifts, the bear for the dance floor. We’re happy to share the room.

Question 4

Can you make it “snow” indoors?

Accepted Answer

Our winter look combines white confetti flurries, low fog that reads as ground snow, and Fobbles drifting like slow snowballs. It photographs like a snow globe and leaves floors dry.

Question 5

Do you do recurring December mall appearances?

Accepted Answer

Yes — weekly or daily programs with posted set times are our December specialty. These calendars are drafted in October; see our mall & public events page.

Question 6

Can the bear hand out gifts?

Accepted Answer

A guest favourite — the bear can deliver gifts to kids, award “best dancer” prizes or carry in the grand prize at office parties. Tell us the plan and we’ll script it in.
