How much does birthday entertainment cost in Vancouver?
Your written quote depends on the date, city, venue, duration and selected services. Send your event details and we will confirm availability and the proposed scope. Where a starting rate is displayed on this page, GST and travel are calculated separately.
Does this work in a small house or apartment?
Yes — we perform in living rooms regularly. The bear needs about 3×3 m and a private changing spot. For strata party rooms we’ll confirm building rules with you in advance.
What age is the Polar Bear Show best for?
The sweet spot is 2–10, but the show is written in two layers — slapstick for kids, comedy for adults — so nobody’s checking their watch.
How do you keep the surprise a secret?
We coordinate the arrival and entrance with your nominated contact to help keep the appearance a surprise.
What if it rains on our backyard party?
Indoor alternatives depend on the venue and selected services. Confirm weather, postponement and cancellation arrangements in writing before booking.
Can you do milestone birthdays for adults?
Some of our best evenings — low fog entrances, confetti toasts and yes, occasionally a polar bear for the 40th of someone who claims to be “too old for this”. They’re never too old.

We travel from Park George, Surrey. Check your venue address for an estimate — our manager confirms the final travel fee and total before booking.
Round-trip travel fees
Zone based on driving distance one way. The fee covers the journey there and back for one vehicle and one visit.

Multiple effects on the same team visit share one travel fee. Additional vehicles, separate décor deliveries, parking, ferries, repeat trips or unusual access are agreed in your quote.
