How much do wedding effects cost in Vancouver?
Pricing depends on your date, city, venue access and the moment you want to create. Starting rates are shown above, and we confirm your full quote in writing within 24 hours.
Will our venue allow low fog and confetti?
Almost certainly — and we do the asking. We contact your venue, confirm alarm types and house rules, and choose venue-safe options. Strict hotels routinely approve our chilled low fog because it never reaches detectors.
When should we book?
For May–September Saturdays, 1–2 months ahead is safe; popular dates go earlier. Off-season weddings can usually be confirmed within a couple of weeks.
Do you coordinate with our DJ and photographer?
Always. We take cues from your DJ or band, and brief your photographer and videographer before each effect so they’re in position for the shot.
What does the timeline look like on the day?
We arrive 60–90 minutes before guests, set up out of sight, run each moment on cue and clean as we go. Most couples only see us twice: at the cloud, and at the goodbye.
Can you do the ceremony as well as the reception?
Yes — bubble send-offs and petal confetti for ceremony exits are a beautiful add-on, and since we’re already on site, the pricing is gentle. Ask when you check your date.
Do you provide liability insurance or documents for our venue?
Yes — we carry liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance (COI) and equipment details directly to your venue coordinator on request. Most Metro Vancouver halls have worked with these effects before; we handle the conversation for you.
