How much do event special effects cost in Vancouver?
Double Shots $350; Bubbles $199; Fobbles $299; Fog / Haze $249; Low Fog $399; Cold Sparks with 2 machines $350 or 4 machines $600. CAD + GST. Setup, operation and equipment pack-down included for the stated session. Travel from Surrey starts at $35, charged separately. Use our travel estimate; your manager confirms the final total before booking.
What’s included in every price?
Every equipment service includes an operator. Your written quote confirms duration, consumables, setup, GST and travel. Equipment-only rental is not available.
Which effect should we pick?
Tell us the moment: reveal or finale → confetti or streamers; kids and photo moments → bubbles or Fobbles; visible lighting beams → haze. Send us your venue and timeline and we’ll recommend the practical option.
Can effects be combined?
Yes. We can sequence several effects for one event, but combinations are currently quoted individually rather than sold as fixed packages.
Do venues allow these effects?
Venue approval depends on the effect. We confirm alarm types, ceiling heights and house rules in advance and recommend options that fit the venue.
Do you serve cities outside Vancouver?
We serve Metro Vancouver and surrounding areas. Delivery and travel are quoted separately based on location, access and equipment requirements.

Travel from Surrey
We travel from Park George, Surrey. Check your venue address for an estimate — our manager confirms the final travel fee and total before booking.
Round-trip travel fees
Zone based on driving distance one way. The fee covers the journey there and back for one vehicle and one visit.

Multiple effects on the same team visit share one travel fee. Additional vehicles, separate décor deliveries, parking, ferries, repeat trips or unusual access are agreed in your quote.
