How is corporate pricing calculated?
Corporate pricing is tailored to the project and quoted separately from private-event packages. Selected services, duration, location, production needs and the scope of cooperation all shape the offer. We confirm the agreed scope and rates in your proposal.
Can you help us choose the right effects?
Yes. Share your goals, audience, venue and schedule. We can recommend suitable entertainment and effects and explain the practical requirements of each option.
How do you approach safety and venue requirements?
We discuss the selected effects, operating conditions and venue rules before confirming the setup. Tell us which documents or approvals are needed so we can confirm them with you.
Can you work with our agency or AV team?
Yes. We can coordinate the service with your event organiser, agency, venue and AV team, agreeing on cues, access and timing in advance.
Can you adapt to a new or unusual brief?
We are open to new challenges. Send your idea and constraints, and we will discuss feasible options, adjustments and the scope we can deliver.
Can we discuss recurring events or ongoing cooperation?
Yes. Tell us about your planned events or recurring program so we can discuss a suitable approach and individual corporate terms.
A clear quote, before you book
Travel from Surrey
We travel from Park George, Surrey. Check your venue address for an estimate — our manager confirms the final travel fee and total before booking.
Round-trip travel fees
Zone based on driving distance one way. The fee covers the journey there and back for one vehicle and one visit.

Multiple effects on the same team visit share one travel fee. Additional vehicles, separate décor deliveries, parking, ferries, repeat trips or unusual access are agreed in your quote.
