Can you match our brand colours exactly?
Yes — confetti and streamers are mixed to your palette, and for flagship events we confirm with a physical sample before the day.
Do you provide insurance and venue documentation?
On request, yes — insurance details, safety summaries and completed venue forms. Tell us what your venue or ops team needs and we’ll send it before they ask twice.
Can you work with our AV / production company?
We prefer it. We slot into your run-of-show, take cues from the show-caller and rehearse the moment in the technical run-through.
Is the polar bear really appropriate for a corporate event?
It’s our most re-booked corporate act. It works because it gives adults permission to be playful — retreats, holiday parties and client days all land well. For formal galas, effects-only packages keep it elegant.
Can you invoice and take POs?
Yes — we invoice with standard terms for corporate clients. Mention your process when you reach out and we’ll match it.
Can you invoice our company and provide insurance documents?
Yes — we issue proper invoices for corporate billing and provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue or facilities team on request. We can also match confetti and lighting colours to your brand palette — just send us the hex codes.
