How much does a mall activation cost?

Do you provide insurance for public venues?
Yes — documentation is provided to venue management on request as part of booking, before contracts are signed.
How do you handle big crowds and photo lines?
A dedicated handler structures the line, keeps egress clear and manages pace. For heavy-traffic weekends, the Duo Activation runs two photo stations in parallel.
Can the bear walk the mall or does it stay in one spot?
Both formats work. Roaming sets create discovery moments across the property; stationed sets build a predictable photo destination. Many programs combine the two.
Do you do recurring holiday programs?
December is our biggest month for malls — weekly or daily appearance programs with posted set times. These book in October; earlier conversations get the best slots.
Can you add effects in a public space?
Bubbles and confetti work brilliantly at grand openings and outdoor community events. Fog effects depend on the space — we’ll advise honestly after seeing the floor plan.
