How much is the Duo Polar Bear Show?
Two characters are $600 + GST for a one-hour booking. Additional time and effects are quoted separately. Travel is charged separately from Surrey and confirmed in your written quote.
When is the Duo Show worth it over the single bear?
From roughly 60 guests, or any open venue like a mall or festival. Two bears hold attention across large spaces and cut photo lines in half. For home parties, the single Classic Show is usually the better fit.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks for most dates; six or more for November–December and weekend malls — duo dates need two performers and go first.
Can the bears do multiple sets across a long event?
Yes — for festivals and mall activations we run multiple sets with invisible break rotations, so there’s a bear with your crowd for the whole window. Ask for a custom activation quote.
Do you handle mall and venue paperwork?
We routinely coordinate with mall management and security on schedules, access and documentation — tell us the venue and we’ll handle the conversation.
Can we add special effects?
Yes. Confetti, bubbles and other suitable effects can be discussed as optional additions. They are not automatically included in the two-character appearance price; your written quote confirms the effects, timing and total.

We travel from Park George, Surrey. Check your venue address for an estimate — our manager confirms the final travel fee and total before booking.
Round-trip travel fees
Zone based on driving distance one way. The fee covers the journey there and back for one vehicle and one visit.

Multiple effects on the same team visit share one travel fee. Additional vehicles, separate décor deliveries, parking, ferries, repeat trips or unusual access are agreed in your quote.
