How early should we book for December?
Contact us when you know your preferred date. We will check availability and discuss your event before confirming a booking.
Which Christmas characters can we book?
Choose one Polar Bear, two Polar Bears, our Green Christmas Character or all three together. Tell us about your audience and event plans so we can discuss the right appearance.
Can you make it “snow” indoors?
We can discuss a winter-inspired look using low fog, confetti or Fobbles. These are separate effects; your venue must approve the selected setup.
Do you do recurring December mall appearances?
We can discuss recurring appearances, subject to availability. Share your proposed dates, appearance times and venue requirements.
Can the bear hand out gifts?
Tell us about the gift presentation you have in mind so we can confirm what can be included in the appearance.

What your appearance includes
- A performer bringing your character to life
- Use of the character costume for the appearance
- A spotter to support the performer and coordinate guest interactions
- Meet-and-greet moments and opportunities for photos with your guests
A speaker can be arranged, and an individual program can be planned around your celebration. We confirm availability, the program and any additional costs in your written quote.
For more hours, additional characters or a combination with special effects, we create an individual quote based on your event. Package discounts are available for longer bookings and combined programs.

Travel from Surrey
We travel from Park George, Surrey. Check your venue address for an estimate — our manager confirms the final travel fee and total before booking.
Round-trip travel fees
Zone based on driving distance one way. The fee covers the journey there and back for one vehicle and one visit.

Multiple effects on the same team visit share one travel fee. Additional vehicles, separate décor deliveries, parking, ferries, repeat trips or unusual access are agreed in your quote.
