Good to know
How much do festival effects cost?
Your written quote depends on the date, city, venue, duration and selected services. Send your event details and we will confirm availability and the proposed scope. Where a starting rate is displayed on this page, GST and travel are calculated separately.
Do biodegradable powder and confetti really break down?
Material properties depend on the selected filling. We confirm the material and your venue’s requirements before booking. Biodegradable does not mean that materials should be left behind: cleanup and disposal must be arranged with the organiser or venue.
What about wind?
Wind is a design input, not a problem. We position launch zones so colour blows across the crowd photogenically — and we have thresholds where we reposition or adapt the moment.
Is there power available... actually, we have none. Does that work?
Yes — battery rigs run our bubble machines and key effects anywhere on the grounds. Tell us the site situation and we’ll plan around it.
Can you handle multi-day festivals?
Yes — recurring sets across multiple days with consistent crews. Multi-day bookings get volume pricing in a single flat quote.
Do you provide documents for municipal permits?
Venue document requirements and safety summaries for park and municipal bookings are provided on request — usually same-day.

We travel from Park George, Surrey. Check your venue address for an estimate — our manager confirms the final travel fee and total before booking.
Round-trip travel fees
Zone based on driving distance one way. The fee covers the journey there and back for one vehicle and one visit.

Multiple effects on the same team visit share one travel fee. Additional vehicles, separate décor deliveries, parking, ferries, repeat trips or unusual access are agreed in your quote.
