Good to know
Who actually knows the gender before the reveal?
Only us. Your ultrasound clinic (or one trusted friend) sends the result directly to Grand Show by email or text. We load the colour privately — even our on-site crew packs both colours so nothing is visible during setup.
Can we do it indoors?
Yes — confetti cannons, smoke bubbles and fog are all indoor-safe and cold (no pyrotechnics; venue requirements confirmed before booking). Colour powder is the only effect we keep outdoors.
Will it stain clothes or the lawn?
Our confetti is paper-based and biodegradable; powder is cornstarch-based and brushes off dry fabric. On dry surfaces nothing stains — we’ll advise on colours and placement if rain is forecast.
What if it rains on the day?
Confetti and fog work fine under cover; powder needs dry air. If the forecast turns, we’ll switch your effect or move the setup under cover at no charge — we decide together the day before.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable. Weekends in summer book out first — if your date is close, text us; short-notice reveals are often possible midweek.
Can you coordinate with our photographer?
Absolutely — we share the exact cue timing and burst direction in advance so they can frame the shot. No photographer? The Signature and Grand packages include positioning guests so phone videos come out great.
